I’m a Research Fellow at the University of Sheffield, specialising in gene therapy for cerebrovascular diseases, particularly CADASIL. My research focuses on developing gene therapy approaches to target NOTCH3 mutations, aiming to restore function in vascular smooth muscle cells. I use approaches like gene silencing, RNAi, AAV and lentiviral vectors, and collaborate with leading researchers to advance therapeutic strategies for rare diseases.
