Fatma Özdoğan is an architect and disaster researcher whose work focuses on post-disaster reconstruction, memory, and resilience. With experience across Türkiye, Canada, and Japan, she examines how disaster narratives and policies shape the built environment. She is currently pursuing her PhD at the Université de Montréal and collaborates with several research and academic institutions, including Œuvre Durable, RIISQ, IRIDeS, and Bahçeşehir University.
