Fathiyya Nur Rahmani

Fathiyya is an Education Researcher with a Master’s from the University of Pennsylvania, specializing in psychometrics, program evaluation, and the cognitive science of learning. She currently works as a Policy Analyst at Pusat Studi dan Kebijakan Pendidikan (PSPK), where she leads research that bridges educational psychology, measurement, and development studies to inform equitable policy reform in Indonesia. Her academic interests center on how humans learn—and how emerging technologies, including AI, can enhance rather than replace human capacity. She is committed to advancing equitable and human-centered education systems through rigorous research and policy innovation.
