Farveh Farivar

Dr Farveh Farivar is a Senior Lecturer in Innovation and Strategy at Curtin University, School of Management and Marketing. In addition to her academic research, as a senior consultant, she has managed and delivered medium to large-scale industry projects, from inception to final reporting. Her expertise in contemporary research methods, including fuzzy-set techniques and machine learning algorithms, enables her to explore the strategic and behavioral aspects of workplace digitalization. Her research outcomes have been published in top-tier academic journals such as Human Resource Management Journal, New Technology, Work and Employment and Journal of Vocational Behavior.
