Eylem Altuntas is a Research Fellow within the MARCS Institute for Brain, Behaviour and Development at Western Sydney University. Eylem specialises in infant language development and the important role of caregiver speech in early learning. Her research explores how infants perceive speech and develop phonological abstraction skills, helping us better understand the process of first language acquisition.
