Eun Gi (Cathy) Kim is a recent PhD graduate in Higher Education, and her doctoral work explored how Korean immigrant and international students in university navigate formal and informal resources to support their learning and sense of belonging, contributing to more relational and equity-centred understandings of student success. She is currently a Research Associate at the University of Manitoba and the University of Winnipeg.
