Specifically, Erykah examines the impact of online commerce, social media platforms, and artificial intelligence on Black Americans' pursuit of entrepreneurship. Her research emphasizes the cultural, economic, and mental health implications of the growth in digitally-enabled entrepreneurship and gig work.
