Dr. Erica Kilius is a biological anthropologist and Assistant Professor at the University of Northern British Columbia. Her work examines the roots of health inequities through biocultural and public health perspectives, with a particular focus on sleep as a mechanism that both shapes and reflects health risk. She is especially interested in exploring how evolutionary history and cultural context work in tandem to influence sleep health.
