Emma L Bradshaw

Emma is Senior Research Fellow and Deputy Director at the Institute for Positive Psychology and Education at Australian Catholic University. Her research is anchored by Self-Determination Theory and focuses on goal contents theory, parenting and youth development, using advanced statistical methods. She was selected as a Rising Star of the Association for Psychological Science for 2025, received the 2022 Dennis McInerney SELF PhD Award, and serves as Goals and Values Editor for the Centre for Self-Determination Theory.
