I am a Clinical Psychologist and PhD Candidate at the Black Dog Institute and University of New South Wales.

My research focuses on accessible digital treatments for mood and anxiety disorders. I'm particularly interested in increasing access to psychological treatment for women's mental health conditions like Premenstrual Dysphoric Disorder (PMDD). I have developed and evaluated an online treatment for PMDD that targets rumination and worry.
