- Research Associate in Human Factors of Cyber Security, University of Bath
I completed a BSc, MSc and PhD in Psychology, and specalise in digital behaviours and behaviour change. I have previously focused on the impact of digital behaviours (e.g. digital games, using smartphones and portable devices for work) on well-being and occupational health, as well as how to encourage healthier lifestyles. I have since begun to focus on how we can better support people in staying secure online, through understanding non-experts' conceptualisations of cyber security, and by applying theories from health psychology and habit formation to cyber security behaviours.
