Elsie Penny

Elsie Penny is a Goreng Noongar woman with 5 children and 8 grandchildren. She was taken away from family at a young age and realises the importance of family connections and knowledge of Noongar traditions. She has vast experience and understanding of issues impacting on Aboriginal health and is thankful to Elders for the knowledge gained through reconnecting back to country and passing this on to the next generation.
