Dr Nora Leopardi is passionate about shaping tomorrow's healthcare professionals for the next generation of patients and communities. She believes in fostering self-directed, self-regulated, adaptive learning strategies from the earliest stages of training, in order for learners to pursue in lifelong learning. Her PhD research explored the medical school learning environment and its influence over the students' learning strategies. Her future work involves delving into the student culture and understanding the local and global networks that students form, as well as creating a productive and dynamic learning environment through disruptive educational innovations, and engaging with technological opportunities to support her learners.
