Dr. Feingold is a Professor in the Department of Human Genetics, Graduate School of Public Health, University of Pittsburgh. Her research is in statistical genetics and genetic epidemiology. She develops statistical methods for analyzing data from new genomic technologies, and she studies the genetics of such varied traits as cleft lip and palate dental health, Alzheimers, Down syndrome, and meiotic recombination.
