I am in the final year of my PhD program at the University of Guelph, exploring "Chemical Contamination on Indigenous Lands-Risk and Uncertainty Interpretation at the Interface of Scientific Findings and Policy Decisions". I completed Masters of Science degree in Geography at Wilfried Laurier University exploring "Evaluation of Ground-Freezing Methods in the Zone of Discontinuous Permafrost, Northwest Territories". I completed Bachelor Honors Degree in Chemistry from the Western University.
I have three years of teaching experience as a part time faculty at Conestoga College and 10 years of combined research experience in the disciplines of analytical chemistry-ternary diffusion, collaborative relationships between First Nations and municipalities, risk and uncertainty related to chemical contamination, rural transit federal initiatives and innovative approaches to labor force challenges.
