Ed Harrison

Ed Harrison is a second year PhD researcher at the University of Bath's Institute for Digital Security and Behaviour. His research focuses on online misinformation, the communities that dominate its consumption and spread, and the efficacy of third-party and crowdsourced fact-checking interventions.

Ed has a background in media, social & political intelligence and specialises in using digital data to understand online opinions, narratives and trends - as well as the communities, networks and media ecosystems that shape them.
