I am a data scientist and AI engineer who has worked in the telecom, hospitality, and med tech industries for the past 15 years.

I recently completed a PhD in experimental psychology at New Mexico State University in the lab of Dr. Michael C. Hout, where I studied the cognitive science of visual perception, visual attention, and similarity perception. My dissertation focused on the flexible nature of human similarity perception and its implications for the creation of safe, representationally aligned computer vision systems.
