Duygu Biricik Gulseren

Dr. Biricik Gulseren is an Associate Professor at York University's School of Human Resource Management and Faculty Fellow at the Dahdaleh Institute for Global Health Research. Her research program centers on occupational health psychology, examining workplace mental health, transformational leadership, and the disclosure and support of invisible conditions at work. She conducts rigorous intervention studies, designing and evaluating leader training programs to promote healthier and more inclusive workplaces. Her work bridges theory-driven empirical research with practical applications to advance worker wellbeing and organizational effectiveness.
