I am a researcher, educator, and change management practitioner from New Zealand, currently living in Timor-Leste. Research areas include climate and gender justice, human rights, policy analysis, and environmental science. I am particularly interested in climate adaptation, promoting civic participation in policy reform, and developmental biology. I am also passionate about sustainable management of environmental resources and enhancing research capacity in the Global South.
