Dr. Sören Keil

I am Senior Teaching and Research Fellow at the University of Passau in Germany. My research interests include power-sharing, democratization, federalism, decentralization and post-conflict institution-building. I have written extensively on the Western Balkans, and have worked as a Consultant for organisations such as the UN and the OSCE in the Balkans, in Southeast Asia and more recently also in the Horn of Africa.
