Dr. Jessica Enara Vian

I am a Knowledge Exchange & Research Associate at the Scottish Centre for Employment Research (SCER) at the University of Strathclyde. I hold a PhD in Work, Employment and Organisation from the University of Strathclyde, an MBA degree from the University of São Paulo (USP) and a bachelor’s degree in psychology from São Paulo State University (UNESP), with a year exchange at Université Lille 3 in France.

My research interests revolve around organisation studies, social and work psychology, social movements, political economy and political ecology.
