Devin is a PhD candidate at the University of Stirling doing interdisciplinary research on human rights and access to sport for young people with disabilities. Her project, funded by the Institute for Advanced Studies focuses on how young disabled people are accessing sport and understanding their rights, with significant focus on elevating the voices of young disabled people in research. She holds an LLM in International and Comparative Disability Law and Policy from the University of Galway, and a BA and BS from Penn State University and has experience planning and delivering adapted sports programmes as well as in fundraising and partnership building.
