- Professor of Marketing, New York Institute of Technology
I study a range of topics including diffusion of innovation theory, green marketing strategy, consumer perceptions, and consumer gift giving. My research employs a variety of qualitative methods, notably the new method of netnography. I have published in the Journal of Business Research (for which I also act as a reviewer), International Journal of Business Research, and International Journal of Internet Marketing and Advertising, among others. In addition to my scholarly work, I serve as the director of professional enrichment on New York Tech’s New York campuses, where I provide programming that helps students prepare for their careers.
