I work on applied or problem-based political philosophy. I believe that political philosophy can inform political debates and I aim to produce work that substantiates this claim. To this end I blog at www.deanmachin.com.

I am also writing a monograph that aims to show how the work of John Rawls can frame political, and policy, debates in the UK and elsewhere.
