David Hall is a Research Associate in the Institute for the Study of the Asia Pacific (ISAP) at the University of Lancashire. He is also a Non-Resident Fellow of the European Centre for North Korean Studies at the University of Vienna. David's research focusses on early North Korean political history and the propaganda nature of North Korean postage stamps issued between 1948-1961. For over ten years, David has specialised in collecting North Korean postage stamps.
