David Dobrzykowski

Dr. David Dobrzykowski is a tenured Full Professor and the Bickerstaff Chair of Supply Chain Management at Auburn University’s Harbert College of Business, where he serves as Department Chair. He earned tenure at Rutgers Business School (RBS) – Newark and New Brunswick (Rutgers, The State University of New Jersey) and was promoted to Full Professor at the University of Arkansas where he held leadership positions related their masters and PhD programs. Prior to academia, he enjoyed a 13-year career that included CEO and Vice President roles in the healthcare industry.

He is an active educator and scholar whose research examines operations and supply chains that feature unique challenges to information processing (i.e., Artificial Intelligence) and the coordination of work processes, such as in healthcare, humanitarian and sharing economy contexts.
