- Senior Research Projects Officer, Centre for Community Health and Wellbeing, The University of Queensland
I research healthcare delivery with a focus on community-led prevention—working alongside communities to co-design and implement sustainable health programs. My work also explores digital health tools, including support for people with diabetes and platforms that make it easier to connect with health and wellbeing services.
I support a non-profit general practice, helping clinicians improve care quality, explore research opportunities, and collaborate with university researchers to bridge the gap between academia and frontline healthcare.
I hold a PhD in Food Science and a dual major in Food Science and Nutrition. Outside of work, I’m a passionate road cyclist, and I advocate for cycling as a powerful force for personal, societal, and environmental wellbeing.
