Danielle Wirsansky

I have a BA in Theatre, a BA in English, an MA in History, and a micro-credential in Holocaust Pedagogy. I am currently a PhD Candidate in History at Florida State University. I specialize in the World Wars and the Holocaust. In the gap between my Masters and PhdD studies, I served as the Project Manager for the Rosenstrasse Foundation, dedicated to honoring the memory of women who engaged in rescue and resistance during the Holocaust. I am the current Vice President of the FSU History Graduate Student Association and the former Communications Officer. I have also served as the FSU Campus Editor of Uloop News since 2015 and have long remained their highest read and ranked writer on the site. I have an article coming out in "Gender Diversity and Inclusion: Contemporary and Historical Perspectives" edited by Gloria Y. A. Ayee; Elena V. Shabliy; Tony Wall; Dmitry Kurochkin and published by Lexington Books later this year.
