Danielle Resnick

Dr. Danielle Resnick currently is a senior research fellow at the International Food Policy Research Institute (IFPRI) and a non-resident fellow at the Brookings Institution. She is a political scientist who focuses on the political economy of development, agricultural and nutrition policy reform, urban governance, and decentralisation. She is the author of Urban Poverty and Party Populism in African Democracies (Cambridge University Press), co-editor of Democratic Trajectories in Africa: Unravelling the Impact of Foreign Aid (Oxford University Press), and co-editor of The Political Economy of Food System Transformation: Pathways to Progress in a Polarized World (Oxford University Press).
