Daniela Gatti is a PhD student at the Centre of Industrial Relations and Human Resources at the University of Toronto. Using qualitative research methods including long-form interviews, her work focuses on worker voice, including unions and non-union supports to amplify workers collective needs and representation, as well as career development. Daniela also has a Master of Science in Management, and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Human Resources Management from Brock University. She is also an active member of the Human Resources Professionals Association (HRPA) in Ontario.
