I am an interdisciplinary social scientist researching urban development and politics, with a particular emphasis on the intersection of urbanization, political economy, and governance.

I am currently working as Research Associate at Saarland University (Germany). I have obtained a PhD in Development Studies from the University of Lisbon (Portugal), an M.A. in Political Economy from the University of Amsterdam (Netherlands), and a B.A. in Politics and History from the University of Tübingen (Germany).
