I have 30 years’ experience in senior roles in the Canadian post-secondary, cooperative and government sector and a track record in helping complex purpose-based organizations and people adapt to their changing environments. I recently moved from my full time leadership position at the University of Guelph to become a research and adjunct professor at the Gordon S. Lang School of Business and Economics at the University of Guelph. I continue to help leaders navigate their complex roles.
