Daisy Pelletier

I am a trained French language teacher with a PhD in educational psychology. My research examines students’ reading motivation in elementary and secondary school from a psychosocial perspective, with particular attention to the role of teachers, parents and peers. I am committed to conducting rigorous research that advances educational knowledge while making findings accessible and meaningful so they can inform educational practice and ultimately benefit teachers, parents and students.
