Dr Cyril Seillet is Head of the Integrated Mucosal Immunity (IMI) Lab at Monash University.
An expert in immunology, his research explores how physiological cues such as diet, neural signals, and circadian rhythms shape immune function, particularly in mucosal tissues like the gut. His work has revealed how dietary fats and neuroimmune circuits contribute to inflammation, immunity, and chronic disease. With a strong track record of high-impact publications and public engagement, Dr Seillet is committed to translating complex immunological discoveries into accessible insights with real-world relevance.
