Cuneyt Gozu

Cuneyt Gozu is an Associate Clinical Professor of Organizational Behavior at Drexel University’s LeBow College of Business and serves as Academic Director of the LeBow Career Readiness Center. He teaches undergraduate and graduate courses in leadership, organizational behavior, change management, and career development.

His research and applied work focus on college hiring trends, career readiness, leadership development, the future of work, and issues of power, influence, and emotional intelligence in organizational settings. He is one of the primary contributors to Drexel’s College Hiring Outlook Report, examining employer hiring intentions and early-career labor market conditions.
