Dr. Craig Kuziemsky is an experienced teacher, researcher, and administrator. Dr. Kuziemsky’ s research is in health systems management, specifically systems thinking approaches to support health system transformation. Prior to joining MacEwan University in 2019 as Associate Vice-President Research, Dr. Kuziemsky spent 12 years at the Telfer School of Management at the University of Ottawa where he held academic and administrative positions. Dr. Kuziemsky was the University of Ottawa Research Chair in Healthcare Innovation from 2016-2019. He was also awarded the University of Ottawa 2013 Early Career Researcher of the Year Award in the Social Sciences and Humanities. Dr. Kuziemsky is an elected fellow of the International Academy of Health Sciences Informatics (2020) and the Americal College of Medical Informatics (2024).
