Cordelia is a behavioural research and educator with expertise in qualitative research, consumer behaviour, and the psychological and sociological dimensions of marketplace experiences. Cordelia's primary work focuses on understanding how individuals interact with services, technologies, and market systems - generating insights that inform organisational decision making, service design, and customer experience.
As a Principal Investigator, Cordelia has led complex research projects involving diverse participant groups, including hard-to-reach populations and within sensitive research contexts. This work has required the design and execution of rigorous qualitative research methodologies, stakeholder engagement across multiple organisational entities, ethical oversight, and the translation of complex findings into clear, actionable recommendations for academic, industry, and policy audiences.
Prior to academia, Cordelia managed enterprise-level projects and worked closely with senior leads across a range of industries to deliver research-driven insights and solutions related to customer experience and user engagement with digital technologies. Cordelia's professional background spans consultancy, market research, IT strategy and development, and technology enable customer experience initiatives.
Across both academic and corporate environments, Cordelia has proven expertise in qualitative interviewing, stakeholder engagement, project leadership, insight generation, and communicating complex information to diverse audiences.
