Clement Kojo Akapame is a qualified legal practitioner and Senior Lecturer at the Ghana Institute of Management and Public Administration. He is currently a visiting scholar at Temple University. Clement has strong legal research and analytical skills and over Twelve (12) years’ experience in practice and public institutional and regulatory reforms.
Clement has worked with various stakeholders including international organizations such as the DFID, USAID and UNDP in direct engagement and on a consultancy basis by offering research, technical backstopping and chaperoning assistance in institutional and legislative reforms in the areas of natural resources and constitutional law.
Clement previously worked with Law and Development Associates, as the Lead Researcher and Counsel to the Constitution Review Commission of Ghana where he served as in-house counsel to the Commission
