Claudia completed her PhD at the University of New South Wales (UNSW) in Sydney, where her thesis focused on the asteroseismology of giant stars and its application to stellar populations in the field and in open clusters. She also holds an MSc in Astrophysics from Liverpool John Moores University (LJMU) in the UK, and a degree in Electronic Engineering from the Universidad de La Frontera (UFRO) in Chile.
