Researcher on the project Refugee Integration Yorkshire and Humber, funded by the EU Asylum Migration and Integration Fund. Worked with Professor Phil Brown, local government colleagues and refugee peer researchers to understand refugee integration in Yorkshire UK. The research used nearly 100 semi-structured interviews to explore the respective role of statutory, private and third sector organisations. Co-authored a report and policy briefing to inform a regional refugee integration strategy and public debate. Co-organised an event for 60 key stakeholders to launch the report and disseminate the findings.
