Christopher Lean

My current position is as a Research Fellow in the ARC Centre of Excellence in Synthetic Biology at Macquarie University, working in the Discipline of Philosophy. My primary areas of research are philosophy of the life sciences (biology, ecology, medicine) and ethics (bioethics, environment, technology). Recently, I have published on the role of biotechnology in conservation science and against invasive species denialism.
