Christoffer Clemmensen

I am an Associate Professor at the University of Copenhagen, where I lead a research group studying how the brain regulates appetite, body weight, and metabolism. My work explores how hormones and neural circuits communicate to maintain energy balance and how this knowledge can be turned into new treatments for obesity and metabolic disease. I have published widely on obesity biology and translational pharmacology, and I am passionate about bridging basic science and real-world therapies.
