Dr. Chau Thien Tay is an experienced endocrinologist and passionate researcher with a focus on women's health, particularly polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS). After completing her medical degree at the University of Tasmania, she pursued specialist training in endocrinology and later earned a PhD from Monash University. Dr. Tay is both a practicing clinician at Monash Health and a researcher at Monash University, dedicated to advancing knowledge in women’s health. She played a key role in developing the 2023 International Evidence-Based PCOS Guideline, leading the evidence synthesis and fostering a global network of early-career researchers. With a commitment to improving patient care and outcomes, Dr. Tay continues to advocate for women’s health and PCOS awareness.
