With the expertise developed by analyzing and debriefing thousands of assessments and surveys, she helps leaders develop critical skills, reality check assumptions, identify opportunities, and gain confidence. Since the start of her career, Cathleen’s driving force has been communicating and applying insights from organizational psychology to help people and organizations reach their goals. Cathleen has served on the University of Connecticut School of Business faculty, where she taught graduate courses on leadership and managing professional relationships.
