Catherine Sabiston

BScK from Dalhousie University, MHK from University of Windsor in sport marketing and psychology, PhD from University of British Columbia in sport and exercise psychology, and postdoctoral fellow in the Faculty of Medicine (Public health and epidemiology) at the University of British Columbia. I was an assistant and associate professor at McGill University, and associate and full professor at the University of Toronto. I have also been President of the North American Society for the Psychology of Sport and Physical Activity, Associate Editor for the Journal of Sport & Exercise Psychology, and editorial board member for three other key sport and exercise psychology journals. I hold a Canada Research Chair in Physical Activity and Psychosocial Well-being, and am the Director of the Mental Health and Physical Activity Research Centre at the University of Toronto.
