Catherine Manning

I completed my PhD on Motion Processing in Autism at the Centre for Autism and Education (CRAE), Institute of Education, London in 2014, before moving to the University of Oxford as a Scott Family Junior Research Fellow in Autism and Related Disorders and then a Sir Henry Wellcome Fellow. I moved to University of Reading as a lecturer in 2021 before becoming an Associate Professor at University of Birmingham in 2024. My research interests are visual development, autism, dyslexia, sensory processing and decision-making.
