Dr Caroline Wood is a Research Communications Officer for the University of Oxford's Public Affairs Directorate. Her role is to communicate the stories that show the positive impact that Oxford research and innovation has on people's lives and the advancement of knowledge around the world.
She did her PhD at the University of Sheffield in parasitic weeds that damage food crops and threaten food security in Sub-Saharan Africa.
