Caroline Sabina Wekullo, Ph.D. is a Research Scientist affiliated with the Directorate of Research at Masinde Muliro University of Science and Technology. She received her Doctoral Degree in Higher Education Administration from Texas A&M University. Her research centers on policy and financial issues in higher education institutions; student access, retention, engagement, and completion, as well as faculty performance. Dr. Wekullo is an editorial board member, copy editor, series editor, and reviewer of several top-tier journals in her field. She has published extensively and made several presentations nationally and internationally.
She has a vast experience in teaching, research , and consultancy. Dr. Wekullo has has worn several grants individual and collaboratively. She is an alumni of the Bush School of Government and Public Service.
