Carol Estrada Ludeña

Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering, graduated from the National University Federico Villarreal. A professional with 27 years of experience as a researcher and analyst of Peruvian and Antarctic sea levels, she is internationally recognized by the Intergovernmental Oceanographic Commission's Global Sea Level Observing System. She has extensive experience conducting hydro-oceanographic studies (waves, currents, tides, seiches, tsunamis, sea state records, anomalous swell statistics, climate change, and topographic delimitations) for the installation and construction of coastal infrastructure. She participated in the Peruvian Technical Committee that delimited the territorial and boundary sea (2002-2018) and has produced 27 Tide Tables for Peruvian Ports, official annual nautical publications.
