Dr Cameron Lewis completed his Bachelor of Medicine and Surgery at the University of Western Australia in 2016. After working for four years at Sir Charles Gairdner Hospital, he then moved to Melbourne to complete specialist training, becoming a dual-trained clinical and laboratory haematologist. Cameron now holds a clinical position at Austin Health where he treats patients with a range of blood cancers. Due to his interest in the field, Cameron is undertaking a PhD in the Strasser and Kelly laboratories at The Walter & Eliza Hall Institute of Medical Research. His focus is to identify mechanisms of resistance, and ways to overcome them, for relapsed/refractory non-Hodgkin lymphoma.
